Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
a) Eligible Products: We accept returns and exchanges for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
b) Timeframe: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must initiate the process within 7 days from the date of delivery.
c) Non-eligible Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on certain products, such as opened cosmetics, skincare items and make-up products.

Product Defect: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team on [email protected] or WhatsApp +971564401142 and Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return or exchange with a picture taken of the product, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Procedure
a) Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
b) Packaging: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
c) Refunds and Exchange Processing: Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. For refunds, the amount will be refunded to the wallet if the payment is by credit card and COD (cash on delivery). The amount refunded will be the purchase price of the product minus any applicable shipping charges.
Return Fee
When returning a product and package in its original condition (not damaged), the return fee will be paid by the customer, and it is 30 AED in the UAE and 70 AED for other GCC countries. It will be deducted from the returned product’s price. If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, Myktreat will pay all fees.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your product arrives damaged or if the shipment is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
